Exchange and Return Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the delivered goods that we have sent you, or if it is not entirely as you had hoped for, please let us know and check below return / exchange details. At Orange Mayonnaise you may always return your purchase (if within 14 days) with money back option, even when it concerns a SALE item. We believe that you should be completely happy with all your Orange Mayonnaise products.

We only work with brands that are known for their quality. Nevertheless it may occure that an item is not completely flawless upon delivery. If so; Please let us know as soon as possible (within 2 weeks at last). In the event of repairable production errors or loose trims (buttons, accessories, etc.), we keep our sustainabilty in mind, and will try to repair it for you at a local tailor. If this is not possible without visible errors on the outside, we will do our best to have the item repaired or replaced via the supplier. In case of any product errors, please contact us by e-mail, stating your name and order number, together with a photo of the complete article on which the size and location of the error is proparly visible, and at least 1 good photo of the error itself.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE;
If it were not everything you had hoped for, you have the oppertunity to exchange or return your goods within 14 days after arrival
Please note; the return transport fee is for your own account; we do not offer free return shipping.
Please e-mail us (not required) at info@orangemayonnaise.com, add the order number and indicate the reason for the exchange or return and we will straighten things out. When you would like to exchange an item, we will immediately reserve the new size or item for you, to prevend it from selling out during return transport.

* Our exchange and / or return form is printed on the invoice (right side). We use only 1 joined form like this, to use less paper and to unburden the environment. Pls. always add (a copy of) your return form with every return or exchange parcel (obligated). If you would like to receive a copy of the invoice, we can always digitally deliver it upon request (order number required).

* Any notes or remarks may of course also be noted on the return form.

* When we have processed your returned order, we will notify you by e-mail and credit the purchase price of the returned products to the account of which is payed, within 14 days after arrival at last. (We are unable to send your credit to a different payment account, as we work with a closed payment system), 
We don't refund via coupons (except when you have payed with a coupon).

* When you partially return an order, and the remaining order amount of the kept items, is lower than the free shipping amount, we will charge you the original shipping fee. We will deduct this with the amount to be credited of the returns received.

* Return products should be complete and unused (with added price tags / hangtags, luxury packing, shoebox etc.), in perfect condition and in a firm, closed and clean packing. You are not obligated to use the original parcel though.

* You are resposible for your own return parcel; Return or exchange items which are lost or damaged during transportation will not be compensated / refunded by Orange Mayonnaise. You should claim the costs directly at the transporter (insured transport required).

FOR ORDERS WITHIN EU;
* When you return your complete order, you will also receive a refund for the payed PostParcel shipping fee, as payed in our shop (Pls. note; Express shipping fee will not be refunded, as this is an extra option, in that case we will only refund the standard shipping fee.).

* If you would like to exchange an item from an address within the EU, we will send you the new exchange item (only for non SALE EXCHANGES) free of extra shipping charge (standard Post Parcel shipping only).
This free exchange delivery option can only be claimed once per order, and within an order > new booked orders will not be accepted as an exchange. 

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE EU;
* All customs charges are for your own account. Please always mention RETURN (big letters please) on the outside of the parcel, mark the RETURN box on your customs declaration form ànd add our original export documents and invoice (which were added onto the parcel upon arrival). This is to avoid Dutch import duties for return parcels. When we receive import duties on return or exchange parcels, we will settle this with the refund amount.

* For all exchange orders from outside EU zone / overseas, we will charge new transport costs. For our current transport fee's, see DELIVERY & TRANSPORT


>> Please always conclude a (copy of the) return form (see invoice) in every return and/or exchange parcel (oblligated).
