Delivery & Transport

* Please note; We don't offer free shipping on sale / discounted items and/or on Express delivery.

All regular orders (except furniture) will be processed after payment as fast as possible and will be dispatched to our carrier PostNL or DPD within 1 working day (National and International Holidays excepted). When ordered and payed on workdays before 3 p.m. CET, we will dispatch your parcel the same day. 
During Sale season and/or new collection launches, dispatch time might take a bit longer then usual. We will keep you posted on dispatch of your parcel, by e-mail.

All parcels will be shipped registered (via track-and-trace) and send out insured. We will keep you posted with the tracking by e-mail. You can monitor the transport of your parcel at any time, up to the delivery at your door (tracking not yet available for all overseas countries).
You will receive your track-and-trace link by on e-mail by one of our partners (MyParcel or SendCloud) as soon as your parcel has left our warehouse. 

Pls. note;
- Orders can not be canceled or adjusted during transport / after shipment.
- You are responsible for the shipping address that you provide to us during the check-out process. If this address is not supplied correctly or incomplete, we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect delivery or the extra costs of a new delivery.

For NL addressees; please note:
- PostNL and/or DPD delivers parcels at different moments than the regular mail delivery.
- We have no influence on the time of delivery.
- PostNL / DPD delivers 5 days a week within NL (not on Monday, Sunday and on Holiday's). When you are not at home at time of delivery, you will receive a message from PostNL/DPD in your mailbox which informs you about the location (and pick-up) of your parcel. 

Delivery costs Exceptions
Pls. note; Some items (and our furniture) have a quantity limit per parcel due to the weight or size of the product. These exceptions in quantity per order or total weight, will be mentioned at the product pages of these items. We will notify you (when bought) by email as soon as we have calculated the extra delivery costs of such parcels.

Regular Mailbox Mail
Parcels which will be available for regular mailbox mail, will be selected automatically by the Orange Mayonnaise check-out system. This depends on the quantity of items in an order, the measurements of the items when folded and the total amount of an order. 
The check-out price of a regular mailbox delivery is €4,95 for addresses within NL.
Regular mailbox mail delivery is not available for delivery addresses outside NL.

REGULAR PARCELS / STANDARD PRICES
Within the Netherlands: Transport fee for all orders are €6,95 per delivery. Orders of €100,- and up, are free of shipping charge. (Pls. note; SALE / discount items, Express delivery orders and furniture are excluded for free shipping).
Flat / smal parcels will be deilvered as MAILBOX parcels. These parcels will be delivered by the regular mailman and are send with track and trace. The addressee doesn't have to be home at time of delivery but still has the advantage of the track and trace system.
For all furnuture, we handle special delivery prices. This differs per label and per item, based on the size, weight and quantity per box. For a quotation on furniture delivery prices, please send us an email.

Belgium & Germany:  The transport fee for all regular orders are €9,95 per delivery. Orders of €150,- and up, are free of shipping charge. (Pls. note; SALE / discount items, Express delivery orders and furniture are excluded for free shipping).

European countries within EU - zone 1 : The transport fee is €16,95 for all regular orders. Orders of €250,- and up, are free of shipping charge. (Pls. note; SALE / discount items, Express delivery orders and furniture are excluded for free shipping).

Countries within the EU are: Austria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal and Romania.

For European countries within EU - zone 2 + Non-EU European countries : The transport fee is €22,95 for all regular orders. Orders of €350,- and up, are free of shipping charge. (Pls. note; SALE / discount items, Express delivery orders and furniture are excluded for free shipping).

European countries outside the EU / non-EU countries are; Albania, Andora, Bosnia-Hercegovina, The Canary islands, Cyprus, Faeroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Vatican City, Belarus and Switzerland.

(Rest of the) WORLD: The transport fee is €28,50 for all orders. Orders of €450,- and up, are free of shipping charge.  (Pls. note; SALE / discount items, Express delivery orders and furniture are excluded for free shipping).

Please note; The PostNL averagde transport time, is the transport time without customs clearance time. Local customs clearance time needs to be add up, on top of the transport time. As this is done by local customs, we are not able to speed up the process, and are depending on local customs. This clearance time can differ per country from just 1 day to several weeks.

Orange Mayonnaise ships worldwide (, some countries will not be available though, due to high risk in delivery and trasnportation). Pls. send us an e-mail when your country is missing in tthe shippinglist at the check out, and we will add it as soon as possible. 

EXPORT
Pls. note; All orders to NON-EU and WORLD delivery countries, will be sold without VAT (21% NL VAT). This VAT will be deducted automatically at check out, when entering your delivery address.

Please be aware of paying import duties and / or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We are unable to advise you about the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. You will be invoiced for the local taxes and duties by your national customs. I recommend you to contact your local customs or carrier office to obtain a landed cost estimate. 
>> Orange Mayonnaise will not coöperate in shipping 'as a gift' or with a lower value, to lower the value of the items on export / import forms. 

Out of stock
Please contact us when a size or style you require is out of stock or not showing, (or click on the 'notification option' at the product page, and we will do our very best to order it in for you.

Package / shipping bag damaged or incomplete upon arrival
If your package is delivered damaged by one of our transporters; please make a note of the damaged package with the sender (immediately upon acceptance) ànd notify us within 2 days, about the missing items and/or damaged delivery. Please add photos of the package as received, and photos of the damaged items.
The shippingbags which we use cannot be opened without visible damage, so if something has been stolen from the package, it will always already be noticable on the outside of the bag.
As the sender, we will investigate the delivery and contact our transporter.
Our transporter can also ask for photos of the damaged content, the box / shipping bag / mail item and other packaging material, after which we will share the photos received with us with our transporter.
>> Please note; We will not accept notifications of damage or incomplete shipment, which we receive later than 2 days after the package was received, or without the supporting documents or pictures of proof, as mentioned above.
